Acclaimed Gardening provides professional garden design, landscaping, and maintenance services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location and seasonal conditions.

3. Consultation and Estimates

Initial consultations may be provided at no charge. Written estimates will be provided for all proposed work and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual contracts. We reserve the right to require deposits for large projects. Final payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled with 48 hours notice. Cancellation of ongoing projects may be subject to charges for work completed and materials ordered.

6. Liability and Warranties

We provide a 1-year warranty on plant materials and 2-year warranty on hardscape installations, subject to proper maintenance. Our liability is limited to the cost of replacement or repair.

7. Property Access

Client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to work areas. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities not properly marked or disclosed.

8. Weather Conditions

Work may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions. We will reschedule services as soon as conditions permit.

9. Intellectual Property

All garden designs and plans remain the intellectual property of Acclaimed Gardening unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with local laws.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
